Change
We got a theme for an exhibition in school. The theme was change. I did two pices of art for the exhibition, one in traditional media, the other in the computer. This is the one done in the computer. It is about my inner journey, and that everyone, even the grayest, and most boring of caterpillars one day can become a beautiful, colourful butterfly.
Done in Adobe Photoshop 7 with wacom tablet.
In the land where the clouds are flying sheep
I wanted to do something for fun, and got the idea of a colorful world where the animals look like candy, and the clouds are flying sheep.
Made with aquarelle.
Tulips
This is my second oil painting ever, it is a still-life with tulips. This was a school assignment.
Still-life
This oil painting, my third one, was done in class, and we did the whole painting in it's complementary colors before we put the real colors in there.
Haughty princess
We had to make self-portraits in oil in school. I decided to do mine a bit different, so I mede me a princess. And as I like to have fun while painting I made myself haughty.
Candy dragon
This dragon looks like candy to trick humans into picking it up. Then it bites them with it's poisonous fangs, and eats them. This was made with watercolor pencils, for an Epilogue contest, "The ultimate dragon".
The wrong egg
This is an old idea of mine. A dragon laid her egg in a birds nest, and when the dragon hatched the bird thought that the dragon was her child. As the dragon was very playful, he played with his mother, unaware of his own strength. Unluckily he snapped his mothers neck while playing, and she died.
Made with aquarelle and pen.
Cute elf
This elf is not done in my usual style, but I wanted to try something new to give me some more joy in painting.
Made with watercolor pencils.
Big elf
I haven't seen many elfes that aren't skinny and to small, so I drew a healthy, big sized elf. It is based on a sketch I did in life drawing class, and finished with graphite pencils.
Mermaid
I noticed that I didn't have any mermaids in my gallery, and that I hadn't painted any in a long time, so I made a new version of the first mermaid drawing I ever did.
Profile
I wanted to practice drawing profiles, and this is the result.
